Our premium program, CrossFit, involves the best of weightlifting (power and olympic), gymnastics based movements (your own bodyweight) and cardiovascular exercise (running, rowing, biking, jump roping, etc) all wrapped into an efficient workout package guaranteed to change your idea of what it means to be fit! CrossFit is scaled to all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced, just like our other programs. It's common to see our 60+ members working alongside the 20-30 year olds!

We take utmost pride in form and technique, learning proper progressions and accommodating everyone's personal fitness capacities. If you’re just getting started and want to join CrossFit, we'll take you through Fast Track, where you’ll work with one of our professional coaches one-on-one. Then you’re ready to dip your toes into the CrossFit waters and watch yourself transform into a stronger and better version of yourself!
